“Apartment was clean and well furnished. I had trouble finding the right garage entrance thanks to Apple Maps but the owner helped me over the phone, I appreciated that. The bed was pretty squeaky but that’s a small issue I got over very quickly. I liked the bathroom very much, water pressure was great. Would stay here again if I needed to be in Addison.”

“The apartment very spacious and airy, with an excellent cooling system. We were there for a soccer tournament for my son and the proximity to Toyota center and restaurants was superb!”

“I was searching for a 2 bedroom for myself and a team member in North Dallas. The last place we found was nice but not in a good area. I found this listing, which was on point. The location was easy to get to and in a quiet area. The plafe itself was on the top floor and was as described. Nice upscale apartment with nice amenities. I will definitely book this place for my next work trip.”

“From The moment we got there the Experience was everything. We received clear instructions on arrival. Communication was excellent. Both apartments were clean and inviting. I didn’t hear any noise being it was very quiet. The apartment is true to description. The apartment is fully furnished on down to trash bags and dish soap and many more amenities. I hope to come back soon. I really felt at home away from home. Thanks for a wonderful experience for Mother’s Day”

“We loved the apartment was very clean and was perfect for our needs. It was clean and easily located near the street. The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay again.”

“It was nice and clean and quiet. One thing missing was a closet. We stayed for a week and had to keep all our clothes in the suitcase . Upon arrival on the property we had a difficult time finding the place because of poor lighting. There were no towel racks in the bathroom . Maybe that could be looked into. However: I would consider staying with you again.”

“Nice place, quiet. Host quick to respond with issues getting access into bldg and garage. Only issue was bad staining of bedroom carpet, but apparently that’s on the process of being replaced. But would stay there again if in Dallas area”

“It is a nice apartment, outfitted with everything one would need. On the downside, we found the bed to be not so firm. It was also quite challenging to find. One has to navigate a bit of a maze. Pictures of the various doors and access points would help. ”

“We came to McKinney for my daughter’s weddings. This was the perfect place, close to down town and everything you need is conveniently located. The house was warm and inviting, lots of space and a gorgeous neighborhood. Teva was super responsive as the host. I highly recommend this property!”
