It’s in a gated property of condos and felt very safe and was nice & quiet. The property owner was very responsive and had her (young adult) daughter come over and change a battery in our smoke alarm. She was both friendly and helpful. It was a perfect place for a small group.”

“I’m a CO grandma, that’s been looking for a WHILE, for a reasonably priced condo, with a garage, to get out of the snow for a month. Family is 3 miles away, so we could easily go back and forth. Restaurants and grocery stores VERY close. Hubs flew down for a week during the 4 weeks and 2 grandkids spent the night on the weekends on the sofa bed. The unit is tiny, but we all loved it. It’s quiet and I felt comfortable and safe. Nice floors, granite and appliances. Loved the fenced in patio.……

“We enjoyed the property and walking around the neighborhood. We did not get the information to check in without asking and it was not until 30 minutes prior to check in. The wifi password was incorrect in the information and apparently the cleaning people had the wrong check out date so they just opened the door and came in. Thankfully we were there otherwise would they have just thrown out our things thinking we just left it - scary. The owner of the property was quick to respond to all the……

“Access was explained very well! Parking is close to back entrance which was a plus! Inside the step down from kitchen area to den was problematic at times. Older couples may need better marking of the step down to make it more ADA compliant! Would have preferred a toaster rather than toaster/oven but it was fine! A hair dryer would have been nice in the bathroom! Otherwise, this property fitted our needs for a long stay in Dallas to help my parents transition into an assisted living facility!”

“The apartment is just off of Belt Line Road near Addison. This puts it close to innumerable restaurants. It's in a residential area so overall pretty quiet. WiFi was fast, and the neighborhood felt safe. Has a wash/dryer in the apartment. The apartment has a good layout. It's a 2nd floor apartment. The owner responds very quickly to messages. Overall a good rental. One star off due to living room furniture being a little small and uncomfortable and the kitchen not having any……
