“What a wonderful place to get away for the weekend. Facilities are immaculate and well stocked. The little restaurant in town was adorable and the animals were fun to watch run around. Could not recommend more for a vacation from the city”

“We came to McKinney for a family wedding and decided to rent here instead of the hotel. What a great place! So beautiful and had all the extra items needed for a weekend stay. Communication with hosts was timely and they even checked in on us via text to ask if we needed anything. Very clean. Everything was perfect!”

“Not very large on the outside, this place is all you could want in a vacation home for two, plus fur babies. The outside space is narrow, but well appointed and private. No vistas to admire, but we were there for the April 2024 eclipse, so we saw all we wanted! Inside is comfy and attractive, with lots of considerate touches. A real kitchen. It's worth it!”

“This house was located in a beautiful neighborhood and was centrally located to all our needs including shopping at Firewheel & Northpark Mall. It was big and spacious and very cozy. The back patio was so relaxing & we can’t wait to come back during warmer weather to enjoy pool. ”

“The house itself was more than adequate for our purposes. The location was awesome. There was one big surprise. That was the attached back apartment. The three small children were precious and the mom was very nice. It’s just that this was not mentioned. We will certainly consider staying there again.”

“My family stayed at this house to attend a wedding nearby. The location was serene. The property itself is poorly maintained, with trash and tools strewn about the yard. The horses in adjacent pasture showed physical signs of neglect (one had a festering wound behind the ear, from a bridle that was ill fitted, put on wrong, and clearly left on the animal for far too long). The house itself was nice enough, and clean enough, but by no means spotless. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen……

“There was no soap or shampoo in the shower to use. There was no hand soap at the bathroom sink or anywhere in the house. Was a beautiful place and would come back but i would bring my own shampoo and hand soap.”

“Everything was GREAT! Exactly how it was advertised. My group had a lot of fun staying here. I would definitely consider booking again in the future. My only complaint was that the hot tub took 24+ hours to reach its set temperature, and even then did not feel like it was to temp.”
