“The location is good because it is only one short block to Ocean Drive, but far enough away to be quiet at night. There are several small markets nearby. The kitchen had everything we needed: fridge, microwave, plates, utensils, glasses, etc. The thermostat worked fine. Entry with keypad lock worked fine. Plenty of hot water for the shower.”

“I love the Italian owner. He has a strong accent, but friendly and inviting. It was my first time in Miami, so I didn’t know about pay parkings. The owner offered to pay for our parking for free of charge for 24 hrs. This was a blessing. B&B (breakfast) was delicious and made fresh once you wake up. I love the omelettes served at this location because it is not the traditional omelettes you get at Hamptons or other hotels. One thing I dislike was the house lizards in the backyard which is common……

“The suit is clean and comfortable. I had some issues with a little bit of noise, communicated that with the host and the issue was resolved. The host is very responsive and cooperative. Don't plan to do much cooking.”

“We stayed here for one night before boarding a cruise the next morning and it was quiet, easy to find, and clean. The breakfast being included as a nice touch. Totally walkable to the beach and restaurants. After hours check in was easy to follow with detailed instructions. Would stay here again.”

“I like almost everything about the inside except for the king size bed. It squeaks really really bad. Like seriously. And the kitchen needs a blender. And I also think the rooms should have black out curtains. And the balcony needs a mosquito net to keep out mosquitoes and bugs while sitting outside relaxing. I think the garbage cans should be placed downstairs instead of being so close to the door way because we had to be spraying often to keep out flies and food worms and when the rain fell……
