“This is a small condo at a great Location backing onto South Beach with beach beds included. Parking was also a massive plus and inexpensive. It is fit for two people only for a few days that are happy to self cater. Accessible to all local amenities. Good value for what is available at South Beach. Bargain!!”

“Our stay was good. The condo's location is great for its proximity to the beach and has beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. My family & I had a restful stay. Occasionally we heard loud noises from the AC or other places in the building, but that could be expected staying in a building that size. Getting to the beach was a short walk past the pool area and across the bike path. There were chairs and umbrellas for rent at a very reasonable rate. The building also had service from the……

“Prime location: accessible to beach, free trolley, many restaurants, drugstores - all within walking distance. Accessible groceries. A half hour Uber ride into downtown Miami. The AC worked great. Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery, filtered coffee brewer - beach and fresh towels were furnished. Comfortable bed. Would stay again. 👍👍”

“It was an excellent vacation. The property is on the water. Everybody in the resort is super friendly and helpful. The property has everything needed for six days. The only recommendation I would make is about the bed and the sheets. The mattress needs cover protection, and the sheets should be fitted. But besides that, everything was great. The owner is super attentive and responded in minutes.”

“The place was very quaint and updated. Sofa was very uncomfortable, it sank in when you sat on it. I am 200 pounds so expected the sofa to be able to hold my wait without sinking in.”

“We enjoyed our night at the beachside bungalow! The bed was super comfortable and the temperature inside the apartment was perfect. I really enjoyed the outdoor features, which allowed me to work remotely with a beautiful view! The only strange things we noticed was a lack of light switches and outlets in relation to the bed. The indoor astroturf was also not the coziest feature, but definitely aligned with the unique theming.”

“Went for a girls weekend getaway and didnt want the busy hotel feel. This was exactly that! Quaint, and cute!! Communication with gloria the unit manager was very easy and effortless. The unit was exactly as expected. They had all the Supplies we needed for the beach with a cooler and beach chairs and an umbrella that all worked and we’re good working order . During our stay we saw reviews expressing the neat bakery called patagonia for lunch or authentic amazing desserts and espresso. 7 eleven……

“The condo decor is a little dated, but we didn’t care! Great location! Walked to many restaurants and to Lauderdale by the Sea. The Tiki Bar on the property has good food and cocktails. Beach was awesome!”

“The property was equipped with beach, chairs and umbrella and a wagon for a convenient walk across the street and down the path to the ocean front. It was conveniently located to a convenient store and shopping if you needed to pick up something last minute. Loved to stay and the location I would highly recommend.”

“I like almost everything about the inside except for the king size bed. It squeaks really really bad. Like seriously. And the kitchen needs a blender. And I also think the rooms should have black out curtains. And the balcony needs a mosquito net to keep out mosquitoes and bugs while sitting outside relaxing. I think the garbage cans should be placed downstairs instead of being so close to the door way because we had to be spraying often to keep out flies and food worms and when the rain fell……
