“The residence sides was an incredible opportunity for our family to enjoy a nice spacious room at our favorite hotel in Miami Beach. At first when I reserved I did not realize it was a vacation rental and was hesitant, but after speaking with management of the condo I was assured all was well. It was actually more than I expected and I was impressed with all aspects. The condo was clean, well appointed, and had a custom interior design which set it apart from the regular hotel rooms. “The apartment was exactly as described. It worked perfectly for my family. Accommodations and the communication with the rental folks were great. I loved that they had a pool and I could do our laundry on-site. The complex does need to buy better tennis equipment though. Overall, a great experience.”

“I like almost everything about the inside except for the king size bed. It squeaks really really bad. Like seriously. And the kitchen needs a blender. And I also think the rooms should have black out curtains. And the balcony needs a mosquito net to keep out mosquitoes and bugs while sitting outside relaxing. I think the garbage cans should be placed downstairs instead of being so close to the door way because we had to be spraying often to keep out flies and food worms and when the rain fell……
