"This is a very sweet, cozy and comfortable stay. Very clean rooms, the grounds are well cared for, dappled by potted plants, and there’s plenty of outdoor seating areas to enjoy. One downside is that it is on a busy road, so it’s not super quiet but nonetheless - it’s still a gem and rare to find such a place. Highly recommend!"

"We were looking for a quick getaway to Vermont and this gorgeous home was perfect! The views are every bit as spectacular as the photos. The home is clean and modern with stunning views of the mountains from the kitchen, living room, and back deck. The living room is large and comfortable for gathering. The adjoining kitchen is clean, modern, and has everything you need to cook a meal or just prepare a quick snack. There are dishes and cooking supplies available, which made meal prep a breeze. There was plenty of space for us to gather at the large dining area table for meals and to play games. The bathrooms are modern and comfortably appointed.There is a large grassy area out back to roam around in or toss a football. The home is conveniently located only a few minutes from Manchester, so there is plenty available in terms of shopping and dining. We had great pizza and Tex Mex right in town. We also drove through many of the nearby quaint villages, and had plenty of dining and shopping options. If you are looking for a perfect getaway to the Vermont mountains with fresh air and gorgeous views with shopping and dining within minutes, do not hesitate. We are already planning on our next visit!"

"The converted upstairs apartment of a quintessential green barn is surrounded by all sides by picturesque views of the mountains. The setting is private; the host checked in but wasn’t obtrusive; and the field with the Adirondack chairs made our visit! The unit was a little challenging with young kids because it only has a shower, but we made it work for a long weekend."

"We enjoy non-chain hotels. We are low-fuss people. The Hill Farm Inn is a beautiful property with comfortable public rooms and cozy private rooms. The receptionist was pleasant and friendly and helpful. We like that it is away from town and shops and busy roads. "

"There was only one person able to check in people when we arrived before the big eclipse; it took over an hour to check in. We were told a worker was sick, but it was disappointing that there was not another staff member able to independently check in people. The hotel did make it up to us when we asked, but it was an unwelcome experience."

"This is a beautiful property. It was immaculately clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were all very comfortable and cosy. The outdoor hot tub was a bonus. Really great feature in the beautiful Vermont snow. The furnishings were beautiful. Unique home. I hope to be able to stay here again."
