“Owner has excellent communication skills and provides detailed instructions on getting there and parking. Unit was clean and in a great location. He provided a plethora of information with a sense of humor in the binder left in the unit for places to eat and visit. It is a nice touch and very much appreciated. We have no complaints about him or the apartment. The upstairs neighbors, not sure if they are long term tenants or short term renters, were very loud during our stay to include slamming……

The house was not only cost effective but very CLEAN and accommodating. It is a duplex, the neighbors are very kind and quiet. I cannot express enough on how satisfied we were.”

“We had 5 people stay here for our son's Army boot camp graduation. It was perfect. Great location, very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was really quiet. It is close to the Army base, airport, stores, and restaurants. The owner is extremely responsive and we had no issues. It was a wonderful stay! Highly recommended!!!”

“Nothing shy of fantastic! The garage space was so EXTRA! All the rooms & closets are spacious & beautiful. This is a minimalist condo thats FOR SALE! I hope someone scoops it up. The Jones Assembly & Mary Eddie's are just a short walk. I would recommend getting groceries or wine before you come. Not much near. A full length mirror would have been nice. The tub was amazing & beds super comfy. We didn't leave this place because we just sat inside with the lights off taking in the downtown views!!……
