“Everything was great and the place is just as pictured. The massage chair was a big hit and the kids loved the air hockey table. The outdoor kitchen area was set up well and enjoyable to cook on. There are multiple spaces to gather inside and out which was ideal for our large group of friends and family.”

“Bear Mountain ranch is undoubtedly the best lake house you get within 3 hours of travel from Dallas. The place is serene with Lake view and access to kayaking, the house is well planned with lot of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate large groups and families, kitchen has the best in class features and lot recreation options. Huge living areas for family games and backyard grill and cooking station overlooking the lake is fantastic! It doesn’t get better than this. Host Trey and team were……

“We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Nice lake views and we loved the screened in porch. Although bugs weren’t an issue while we were there because of the time of year, the screened in area was nice and probably even better when the temps are warmer. “The property is nice and clean. Nice outdoor space. Comfortable beds and bathroom floors heated. The only negatives- Very little light in the living room and 6 people had to use one bathroom. (and that is with only 8 people staying) If you had it totally full the bathroom would be really packed.”
