“Stephanie and Dave were great host. The place is really cozy and right by the river. They have a sauna which is a nice addition. The breakfast was unique which we enjoyed and Stephanie makes some really good scones. Overall it was pleasant stay and both Stephanie and Dave did a good job hosting. ”

“My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the inn. The room was clean and spacious. The room was nicely appointed. In warmer weather I am sure we would have enjoyed sitting on the wrap around veranda that we could access from our room. Breakfast in the former school was excellent. All of the folks we dealt with were friendly and accommodating. ”

“The rooms were beautiful. Better than the pictures. The only con is parking. It has a check mark for parking. It is free. However you will have to hike to the location- especially around 3 for check in. The playhouse and all of the restaurants make parking minimal. That being said it was the only con to my stay. ”

“It wasn't really a typical resort that we had thought a resort was supposed to be. It feels more like a nice family-run getaway chalet thing. We had 3 meals in their restaurant. Fish and chips is great, breakfast is just so so, 4-5 warm dishes with some fruits, bakeries, deserts, overall a bit overpriced. We didn't get to use any of the facilities because of the weather, so can't really speak for that part. We did enjoy the TV, there are so many channels to watch, made it a cozy night……
