"The privilege twin room I booked was excellent in terms of amenities (ironing board and iron, kettle and tea stuff, fridge (complimentary water and Pepsis), Nespresso machine and capsules, bathrobes and slippers, and decor. The only critical comment I would say is that the room was very warm at night and the fridge was placed inside a cupboard and not ventilated so it was also overheated and contributed to the temperature in the room. I’m sure this can be easily remedied. Overall a great stay...

"Had a fabulous stay at the crazy bear. Our room was very comfortable and the staff are all very attentive. We ate at the English restaurant; wedding menu tasting. Ryan our waiter went above and beyond to make our meal perfect! No complaints but a bedside lamp would be useful "
