“We are repeat guests to Bogue Suites & 1st time guests finally catching this loveable unit open. We enjoyed the feel of extra privacy —upstairs, at the end! The screened porch gives extra sq.ft. to expand, to enjoy “private dining” w/ a view of the Sound, and great for storing extras, or to dry your clothes on the rack. We chose to bring our own linens rather than an extra $80, so that was homey. (The quilt, bath rug, and HotPads were provided). We cooked alot w/ the nice Cuisinart……

“The property is an older location, built in 1975, but is well maintained and perfect for a getaway with my son and friend. The pier is not far away and surf fishing is just across the street. This is our second time staying in Bogue Shores. We may go again. The room was newly renovated and and was excellent with no issues.”

“Great place for a quick NC beach get away. Place is clean and perfect for two. They have everything you need and the beach is just a short trip over the dunes bridge in the back. Place is quiet at night and close to places to eat and shop. Would def stay again.”

“We have stayed at Sands Villas many times before, in a different unit. This particular unit had a lovely view and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The pool, and beach access were wonderful. There were several problems, however. When we arrived, the check in code for the gate was incorrect. Luckily we were able to get a hold of the host for the correct code. The unit itself had enough space for the five of us, however, there were no sheets or pillows for either of the fold out couches. Several……

“The property was clean and as described. Beach is right over the boardwalk, and lots of restaurants are short drive away. Two nice beach chairs in the closet. Was a nice stay.”

“This townhome was perfect for myself and 2 teens; could have easily accommodated 3 teens; plenty of space for everyone; Master suite so relaxing, the decor and upgrades are really on-pointe; beds are super comfy, full kitchen, use of beach chairs, walk to the beach was nothing, and close by restaurants and other activities. We booked on a whim for the July 4th Holiday, and had plenty of fireworks to enjoy right on the beach both nights. We'd definitely book this property again.”

“Check in is a little complicated as I felt like I was on a scavenger hunt going place to place but the condo was very clean and accommodating. Our kids loved the pool and water slide (us adults as well)! We would stay here again.”

Tried to call front desk but the phone didn't work. Also, there are not enough outlets in the room or any USB charging ports or other more modern upgrades for technology use. ”
