"What a gem. Have stayed here about 5 times over the last 10 years. Beautiful ocean views. Easy access to the water. Pictures of property stand up over time. Staff are always great. If you can afford the up grade, I’d always stay in one of their ocean view rooms. It’s worth it. Affordable overall but you do need to be able to walk to dining locations or have a car to drive. Really close to akumal bay where you can snorkel, shop, eat. This reminds me of what Tulum use to be like before it...

"This property is beautiful and exactly as listed. The house is on the north side of the island, away from all of the tourists and resorts. There were 11 of us in this house and had plenty of room. I recommend booking the chef services. Eddie and Nancy prepared the best food and were so pleasant to have in the house. There is a taxi stand within a 5 minute walk and if you don't rent a car you will need transportation to reach the ferry terminal, grocery stores and any attractions."

"This was a great stay, amazing pool and easy beach access. Little bit strange when they needed to come in to photograph parts of the condo because it was in process of being sold but overall a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Would suggest they make it clear that you should enter at Corosol sign, we used apple maps with the address on Expedia which led us through not the greatest area but again really nice stay overall if you aren't needing the all inclusive experience "

"The 2 bedroom property we stayed in was outdated. The bed was comfortable but shower water was not filtered. Outside our room there was a giant pile of rotting Sargasso (seaweed)that smelled really bad and was also attracting gnats, insects. The cardio room/gym was the highlight of the facility although the second floor was not air conditioned every day and this made exercising in May 'uncomfortable'. :) It is also further away from the heart of 5th Avenida which makes walking into the...
