“Great stay overall. Place was nice and clean as well. Would stay here again. My only gripe is how acoustic it is when others are above you… heard everything…. But as far as the important stuff it was clean and spacious and very accommodating.”

“It is the ideal spot. The pictures on VRBO, depict exactly what the place looks like, plus it is sparkling clean. Restaurants, stores and beach all just minutes away. Room has a nice set up and serves perfectly as an efficieny room. Has a small fridge to keep drinks cold for the beach and leftover restaurant meals fresh and ready for warm up in small microwave. Jana & Jeff were great hosts! Jana was quick with replies to any questions. They were congenial and attentive and at the same time……

“The apartment is well adorned, obviously recently redone. The beds were comfortable. It is more of a bedroom with a closet 2nd bedroom that has no door on one side (just for transparency) perfect for a family with younger children, as the 2nd bedroom has bunk beds. The kitchen is cute. There was no microwave, wine opener, or toaster... It's a bottom-floor apartment, which is nice for unloading and loading, but no view to speak of. It is across and up a couple of houses from the beach entrance,……

“Very clean, very new. Well stocked. Comfortable beds. The only complaint is that we couldn’t figure out how to work the dryer. It wouldn’t stay on no matter what we did and management didn’t respond to our calls. Other than that, we were very pleased.”

“Overall we had a fantastic time and the location was great. The management office responded quickly to issues. What you should consider when renting this property. You will need to bring your own amenities (soaps, shampoo's, toilet paper wouldn't hurt, trash bags, charcoal, matches/lighters, and utensils for grill). We left the lighter in the drawer next to the stove but it won't last long. There were a few issues where cleaning crew are taking shortcuts (such as the A/C air filter had not been……

“This condo is great for large families. Well equipped with all your kitchen needs. Comfortable and well maintained accommodations with easy access to the beach. The owner responds to all communications quickly and great to work with. The next time we head to North Topsail Beach this will be the condo we will rent if available.”
