“Ed and Cindy were absolute wonderful hosts! The property was so beautiful and the room was clean and stocked with everything you could need! We were able to enjoy the pool, patio, grill and the entire property. Their communication was excellent and we even got to meet them and their sweet dog 😊 we can’t wait to come back!”

“We came to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday with my family and my sister and brother in law. We had trouble with the tvs when we checked in, but the owner Joshua came right over to the property and had to reset all the cable boxes. Joshua was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again in the future. The house was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone.”

“The front desk staff were excellent. The room was clean and comfy. It was next to a Texas Roadhouse, so I had a great meal. The location was great because there was not too much traffic.”

“While the interior of the home was nice, the property was located in a neighborhood of retirement homes and the community club was too small. Renters were not able to use the facilities on Saturday and as people of color, we did not feel welcome.”

“Overall the stay was amazing. The house was very open and accommodating to 8 people. Bedrooms were a good size for all and property manager Michael was quick to answer any questions. The pool was great for the kids and an on site restaurant and bar were very convenient to have close by. The house is only about 15 minutes from Lewes beach and about 25 from Rehoboth Beach. Plan on getting to the beach by 11AM because after that parking becomes very difficult to find. Overall a great value but you……

“Everything went well. Good communication from the agent. Property was as described. The facilities that were available were enjoyed by all. Would definitely go back. If the yard could be fenced in for the pets would be my only recommendation . The home was well appointed, grandkids enjoyed the play area.”

“3 families stayed here for 4 nights over thanksgiving and the house is perfectly situated for group gathering, cooking and relaxing, plus a little adventure on the love creek. We took the kayaks out and it was wonderful to do this in the colder weather. We used the hot tub and fireplace and spent quality time together. We really loved every minute of it. The house is unique and well appointed. Excellent communication as well. Thanks Aimee!”

“The place is on the water front and has a fantastic view from the back porch. The host responds quickly and is very accommodating. The house does have the capacity of 7 berths — 2 queen beds and a bunk bed with lower full-size bed — but the bedrooms are rather small and the living room and kitchen both have limited space. If you plan on traveling in a group bigger than 4, please consider this space limitations. The master en-suite bathroom had a nice and huge tub, but unfortunately it didn’t……

“We really loved staying here, it was just far enough away from the hecticness of the beach, but also wasn't too bad of a drive to get there. Given that it was in a wooded area there were a lot of bugs outside, so we got pretty bit up, but they did provided bug spray which was really helpful. Overall, we had a great time.”
