“Warm welcome from Jessica and the two dogs, Grace and Iris. Lovely property with everything you could possi bly need, in a beautiful setting. Perfect base for exploring the area. Jessica was friendly and approachable, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended.”

“Friendly welcome. Everything set up and ready for on arrival, including coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter & jam. The Hobbit House is tiny, but so well designed, and it just feels so cozy. Good size patio and gorgeous outdoor furniture, including chairs, side tables, table & benches, gas bbq and fire pits with logs. Really, just the perfect rural retreat. Pub (The Rising Sun) and local shop within walking distance. We're already planning our return!”

“If you want a truly relaxing hideaway, then this quaint, but very practical Shepherds Hut, is likely what you need. It's glamping in a place of peace and harmony and one with nature. Set in it's very own magnificent field, with nothing but cooing pigeons and grasshoppers to keep you company, one can just sit back and chill in blissful peace. Now this accommodation is by no means perfect. The tiny fridge holds very little and it is not able to keep things cold enough. Unless its a place just……

“Quiet beyond belief. Absolutely gorgeous. Couldn't have wished for a better way to spend the evenings whilst working away.”

“Lovely location. Peaceful and slept well. The logistics of the loo and hot tub was at opposite end of the property just not feasible when the rules clearly state you can not hang wet clothing and such in the tent. Ordered an extra expecting the local rose’ with chocolates for my partner to enjoy and got flowers (not even a ‘rose’ in the bunch) with chocolates. The communication was an issue prior to stay as hostess said she sent whatsapp messages but we didn’t get any until arrived and she……

“Had a great week long stay - day tripping in all directions. Great central spot to visit both Cotswolds and Salisbury Plain! Hosts were great. We were the first guests of the season and so were the test run. No big issues. Had a great time, Jo and James were great hosts”

“There were ten of us (6 adults and 4 children) and we thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend together. There was plenty of space, comfortable bedrooms and everything one would expect to find in a property of this size. The outdoor games, the pool and the indoor games room were all great favourites with the children.”

“Great communication and a room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Well appointed, stylish room with comfy bed, a powerful shower and nice tea, coffee and biscuits. An eye mask and ear plugs were supplied as the only down side is there is noise from the street. The windows are sash and I expect can’t be double glazed. Probably not an issue unless you’re a light sleeper.”
