“It's far from the Great Smoky Mountains, the air conditioner had a problem the day we checked in, and they had it fixed later. But the hair dryer can't be used. The shower head sprays water out of the tub, and after a shower, you'll find water all over the floor and you'll have to clean it up. The towel is grey and I think other people have used it to wipe the floor and it's better not to use it.”

“We stayed for one night in a suite that we liked. We did not have time to take advantage of most of the hotel amenities, but we liked that the place is pet-friendly, has a gym, and offers a pool during swimming season. ”
