“It was great and had plenty of room. Only issue was the comfort of the twin and queen mattreses 😕 But plenty of activities for kiddos! ”

“I know 100% that I left a table charger so I called the day we left and the next day telling them where I left it plugged in and both times the room still had not been cleaned but was told that they didn’t find it. How is that possible. ”

“The Inn was extremely clean and the decor was beautiful. Staff was friendly and check in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and had a ton of extra space along with a closet. The only downside to our room was the view. We were overlooking the roof. No pool or mountain view. Would have been nice to enjoy a view from the balcony, except a red roof. ”

“We had a very nice stay and all staff was helpful and friendly. Only con I would say is the hotel room needs updating and a couple repairs. ”

“Our stay was very good overall. The hotel was in a great location that allowed us to walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and accessible to our needs. The best part for the kids was the water playground. They could have spent the entire trip playing on the slides or splashing around in the water. If we ever return to Gatlinburg, we would stay here again.”
