“We went on a holiday weekend with family visiting from Philippines. The location was beautiful and the scenery is breathtaking. The hotel was clean. Staff was attentive. We did not had hot water on our 2nd night, but the staff were quick enough to have it checked first thing in the morning. Hotel has its own charm, which is unique in its own way. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment, great to have basic amenities plus having the steam/sauna room was a bonus. Carpets needs changing and the……

“A very nice property, in very quiet vacation community. Perfectly located for visits to Port Isaac, NewQuay, Padstow, Polzeath, Tintagel. The only small negative, we found the bed wasn't not the most comfortable, neither were the pillows, but all else met or exceeded expectations.”

We received a pre-arrival call from reception just to explain what to look for from the road and then where to head to find reception, which was needed, so made the arrival pretty stress free. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the stay. All staff members we spoke with friendly and made you feel really welcome. “Beautiful location but room and bathroom looked dated and in need of renovation. Our room was spacious but the space was wasted as no comfortable chairs were provided and only a very small desk. Breakfast was ok but set in a very large and half empty room. The whole experience was very bland.”
