Liz could not have been a more perfect helpful host. “As previous reviews had mentioned, the outside of the property left a little to be desired but once through the door we were suitably impressed. Room was very comfortable and secure plus it was a bonus to have the use of the kitchen and facilities, all of which were spotless. Communications from the owner were spot on throughout so really couldn't fault our stay. We took a wrong turning to find the car park but ended up stumbling on off-road parking just a street away where the restriction……

“Very convenient in town position, secure building with key code entrance from the street then stairs to the 1st floor entrance area with decking seating area. Entry key code for room key. Small kitchen area with tea & coffee but unfortunately no kettle! Very pleasant bedroom with TV comfie bed plenty of draws & wardrobe. Shared shower room very well designed. All very clean and well presented.”

“Easy check-in / check-out. Beautiful property conveniently located, and found street parking after a bit of a drive around. Access to the kitchen and own bathroom were a great positive. The only negative is the shower smelled like wet dog (I assume from the previous guests), but couldn't complain too much since it was a dog friendly room enabling us to bring our own dog. Everything else was just great. Thank you. ”
