"We loved the hotel and the staff were very polite and professional throughout. We had a lovely room 1205 and the view across London was amazing. Unfortunately we were disturbed on both nights by the family in the next room. They obviously had small children and the mother mostly was screaming at them to be quiet. "Great breakfast buffet. 2 blocks to supermarket and London Underground can’t beat that. Loved that we had a walk in large wardrobe. Cleaned room daily. It’s an older building and some hall floors are carpeted over and uneven but what more can they do?. It all worked well. Also very quiet and staff super friendly- we never really needed to interact with them just walked on and out. Good security also though felt like a very safe area. "
