"Fantastic place to stay in Mumbles, near the beach walk and lots of pubs and restaurants. The internet was very good, and they provide a nice continental breakfast selection within the room. Be aware that there is no parking at the Boathouse, and parking on the street is a possibility, but you'll probably end up using one of the pay and go lots along Mumbles Road."

There was a group of musicians just playing folk and other acoustic to each other on one night which was excellent. Locationis good too, in the middle of Pembroke, car parking at the rear (via the Parade).
