"Everything was 5 star except the tvs. There were 3 nice modern tvs in the unit - 1 in the living room and 1 in each bedroom. There were no directions or information on how to use the tvs or what apps/streaming was available. No matter what we tried to watch, the channel required a password or signing in."

"This property was just as advertised. It was right in downtown Asheville. We were able to walk to almost everything with the kids. The property itself felt secure and safe with the security measures it took to get into the building. The parking spot in the garage was pretty tight. We were able to get our SUV in with one of us getting out and guiding the other. We’d definitely stay again!"

All details of how to check in and out were perfectly laid out as well as great suggestions to enjoy Asheville during our stay. "My hubby and I stayed in this condo for 1 week while in Asheville for a family wedding. The condo is in a great location. Easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants in downtown Asheville. There is also a small park right across the street. The Paxton Key app we had to download to our phones to gain entery into the parking lot and the public doors worked very well for us. "This place is a jewel -- spotless, well supplied, complete with full kitchen and appliances. It's 2+ blocks from Pack Square -- we easily walked to Grove Arcade and the Basilica St. Lawrence. There are dozens of fine dining experiences (and even more great less-than-upscale eateries). A rooftop bar with a vista of the town and mountains was also a short walk away. Having a guaranteed parking space made this an ideal home base as we ventured to Chimney Rock and Biltmore for day trips. Nice to know there was a spot waiting for us on return.
