"House is located in a quiet neighborhood but it is only 10-15 minutes to downtown. The house was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay here. We also brought our golden doodle Ollie and he enjoyed the backyard."

"This is a well-maintained cottage of recent construction. It has two large bedrooms, each with a full bath, and a large kitchen/dining room/living room between the bedrooms. It also has a spacious screened porch that is surrounded by forest. Indeed, the whole cottage is surrounded by forest in a neighborhood that is like the Wind in the Willows. It is a beautiful property, inside and out; and the owner, who lives next door, is helpful"

"The house is nice. The location is great. Beds were comfy. Kitchen worked nicely. Only advice is to be very careful out on the deck at night. The 3-4 steps from the upper to lower deck are very hard to see at night and no handrail to assist. Make sure ALL the outside lights are on for the best visibility of the steps. Dark brown steps on dark brown deck in the dark is not a good combination."

It was a quick drive in to Asheville, and we were very excited that you could walk out of the door and be only a five-minute walk from the Mountains-to-Sea Trail along the Blue Ridge Parkway. Would suggest a few blinds on windows in main living area as homes are close together and did not feel comfortable for privacy purposes. No soap for bathing or dishwashing items where available upon arrival. Just went to store to purchase. Shower stopped working in 2nd bathroom but tub was available. Did not call maintenance for this. Had problems getting temperature comfortable due to high tec thermostat....
