"Very safe and qiet. Excellent amenities. Staff was very helpful and were eager to go out of way to mske your stay comfortable. I requested to have mango from room service and it was delivered and the same evening chef from room service another plate of cut mango since i liked mangoes!! Loved the gesture. Food excellent and loved the portion control since its all inclusive it allowed us to try something different at each meal time. Coffee shop was great with tons of snack options as well as ice cream. Enjoyed the shows in the evenings. Enjoyed mille spa massages, hydrotherapy as well as facial.Fitness center was also adequate allowing a variety of workout opportunities. Smoothie bar with soecial coconuts at noon was always a pleasure. I would suggest the resort should operate some kid of transportation to and from airport even if it is fee based. Some signage around the resort was misleading and need to be improved to find various areas quicker. Other than that it was an excellent stay."

"This was our first time visiting Cancun and we loved the experience! I appreciate all of the staff hospitality and attendance. The Riu is so beautiful and amazing and the atmosphere in the hotel smells so beautiful! The only small issue was that our room air conditioner did not works as well and the toilet did not flush well. Overall that was minor but the all inclusive was amazing and we will back back soon. Thanks for the experience and the beautiful resort!"
