"My boyfriend and I stayed for 8 nights in the tower suite and the entire stay was amazing. The staff was very friendly and remembered us wherever we went, might be because we always left a tip, but it was nice to have the waiters and bartenders remember what we like to drink. Our butler jessica was also very helpful with reservations and anything we needed really. The entire resort was very clean and we enjoyed the food. The tacos at the mexican seafood restaurant at lunch time are a must have....

"My wife and I were there for our 28th anniversary. Overall we an amazing time. The check-in process was slow as we arrived when many other guests did and only 2 attendees were working so this took a while. Once checked in we realized that the restaurants required reservations which are done through their app, however they were all full for the 4 nights we were there. The customer host Jessica was great and sat down with us and was able to book us 3 separate dinner reservations immediately. The...
