10/10!!! This resort was amazing!! Everything was in walking distance. We had access to transportation at a drop of a dime, because we had the Luxury Platinum Package, but it still was nice to walk around. All 8 restaurants had good food. Erik and Alejandro were our butler’s and they were awesome. They were prompt with responding to all of our needs. There was different things to do every night. Overall I really good experience.

Beautiful grounds, everything is well maintained and clean. Rooms are nice and clean. Food options are great, buffet for breakfast had a freshly squeezed juices, good coffee and nice selection of different foods. The only downside is the beach, It’s not the resort’s fault. Water is smelly and very little beach. We stayed around pools all the time.

The property was beautiful. In the beginning, they offered us some coupons for excursions if we signed up to do a 90 minute presentation. They were pitching a vacation club. It was pretty high-pressure even though they specifically said it wouldn’t be. Aside from that, the resort was amazing. The food was delicious. Though I had a hard time certain nights getting a reservation and ended up having to have room service more than I wanted. There are several restaurants to choose from, but you can’t make a reservation online. You can only make a reservation at the concierge desk and, sometimes the wait can be a while. There was only one Restaurant open for breakfast while we were staying there, even though the concierge told us a restaurant was open. We walked across to the other and it was closed. We took a catamaran and had a blast
