“The staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming especially Lisa. The only thing I didn’t like was that the elevator closest to our rooms was out of order.”

“I understand that the hotel has only been open again for a week, but don’t open if you aren’t prepared. My room was supposedly serviced only once in 6 nights and they rehung the dirty towels. They didn’t make the bed. I had to take out my own trash. When I went to the office to get a set of towels-1 bath, 1 hand, and 1 washcloth-I was asked where my dirty ones were. I replied “In my room”. She replied, “I’ll meet you at the laundry room with clean towels if you bring your dirty ones.” Her……

“Staff was friendly and attentive. Bathrooms are very clean and well stocked. Multiple outlets in the room along with clean microwave and mini fridge both in good working order.”
