"The hotel is located just out the Railway Station Door. We were able to drop our bags, as we arrived earlier in the day. Convenient to see the Cathedral & Castle. Staff was very helpful, I take a medicine that must be refrigerated and they stored it for me. The real problem is the There is no A/C. Our room had the full afternoon sun and was over 80 degrees. "We stayed at the cottage house which is outside the main building. It was very spacious and has an indoor jacuzzi tub which is why we booked it. The hot water is pre-heated, so it was just enough to fill the tub. There won’t be hot water after if you wanted a shower. Also, an important downside for us was the wifi signal is so weak that neither our phone nor laptops could pick any signal. Was a bit disappointed in that regard as the hotel is aware of the problem but made no effort to fix it....
