“One of the messages from the property didn't come through, the one that gave decent directions. Several places en route looked like they were the property. It took a while, but we eventually found it. Apparently there's a kitchen on site, but we only found one in the hostel across the street? Had a hard time finding the switch to turn on the hot water, I tried messaging the property, but it was late and I never got a response. The switch was pretty big by the showers, I probably missed it since……

“We had a pleasant stay at Loch Ness Lodge. We were welcomed by Gabriel and a cozy fire. Our room, Phadrig, was large, comfortable and overlooking Loch Ness. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub with shower. Stepping into the tub may be an issue if mobility impaired. It was under a 20 minutes drive to Inverness. The complete staff and food were wonderful. Staff were friendly, professional and provided us with great information while staying our three nights. ”

“Very clean and great location. The grounds were nice and a great place for walking around. The complementary basket was great and we used most of the items! It was nice to make homemade pasta and not have to go out to restaurants for 3 meals a day. ”

“Service is good, breakfast is excellent. Wifi is slow and disconnect every 5 mins. Due the night time between 1700-2130. It is because, they share with the pub and restaurant guest wifi. When you showers the water sometimes hot and cold. The room is nice.Easy to park.”

“It is quite a small room with one single bed and a bunk bed. The lower bunk bed is too narrow and the height between the two decks is too short. I cannot sit up on it. I have to crawl into the bed and slip out of it every time. So you can imagine the feeling when you sleep on the lower bunk bed and the upper bed is so close to your face. It is really the hostel facilities but the rate is close to a hotel or even more expensive than many of them. ”

“If only the owners would listen to the customer feedback from previous guests! All the same niggling issues stop this from getting g a 5 star rating. Dirty pots and pans, a central heating system that needed to be rebooted constantly, poor level of cleaning generally, all have been commented on by previous guests!”
