“马路噪音大，夜深时尤其吵。室外装饰灯太亮，窗帘不挡光，巨大缝隙放进亮光。台灯不受开关控制，时亮时灭，如同鬼火。冰箱声音巨大。”

“Very nice hotel, but generally dark in most areas. Entering at street level into a dark space with no direction that the lobby is on the next floor was unacceptable. Service at the lovely lobby bar was not up to the standards expected at this level hotel. Very slow and not crowded. Very nice room with a great view and amenities. ”

“Great NYC vibe walking into the hotel. The recreation / lounge on the main floor is very comfortable with room to move. The main floor bar sits at the back in a closed off room, separating the bar from the rest. Live jazz at night goes towards midnight and all room doors open into the courtyard so the music can be enjoyed throughout the property. Limited but very filing breakfast offered for those running off to meetings or events early.”

“Room is a bit small but pretty cozy, the only thing is that my room is on 2nd floor so the outside noises is very loud, you can just hear cars or truck driving by.”

“I booked two nights in the hotel and pre paid already. But it was fulled when I checked in the night. They arranged me to another hotel around which I need to walk for few streets with my luggages. In the 2nd night, they arranged me the room with noise air conditioner when I moved back to hotel. Need to rearrange for another room. Also, the housekeeper open room door suddenly in the morning when I was still in bed. So shocked.”
