"This place is amazing, the outside does not match the inside, it’s so beautiful and clean and it has great service, be prepared to pay a good amount for massage or laundry service but overall, I recommend! "
"Beautifully designed modern hotel with interesting ethnic art. Very convenient for the great galleries of Madrid and also next to a warren of streets and squares with restaurants and bars."
"The location was great. Transportation of using the metro and bus stops was only a 10 minute walk. Boutike Cibeles is situated between a bar and a restaurant so going out to eat was only footsteps away. Carefour the grocery store was a 10 min walk to get supplies to eat in. "The staff were amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. The free, sweet treats by the front desk are a nice touch. Our room faced the interior courtyard so it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower great with the option of the rain shower head or handheld. We even loved the square-shaped toilet. LOL. The location is convenient to the park and many other attractions. "
