"Property overall is well maintained. The sand fleas and mosquitoes are terrible so please bring some type of bug repellent. After a day on the beach, my legs were bit up and swole. The service of the staff was hit or miss. Some of the staff at the restaurants , such as Jesus at the Lobster House, had excellent customer service and was very personable. "It is the perfect place for family vacation. Though I can't say you ever heard loud kids. There is just a lot for them to do and be happy about. As for parents and grandparents it's paradise.
