“This is the 4th time that members of my family have stayed at SOTB. The private beach access is so nice, and we have lucked into 1st floor rooms near that access, every time. Since we love the KDH area, we will be back. ”

“The condo with ocean view was the perfect size for our family of four. It gave everyone a bit of space to call their own. The in unit laundry was a huge bonus! Breakfast at the Bistro was delicious and the portions were very generous! The staff are all very helpful and friendly. It is also a perfect location as it is close to so many shops, restaurants, and attractions. ”

“If the John Yancey Oceanfront Inn had an interior entrance it would be a 3.5 star property. The rooms are nice, spacious, clean, contemporary and decorated well. The full size fridge is great, along with the cooktop and microwave. The breakfast is comparable to other U.S. hotels. The pool is nice and clean. The property is on the ocean. The location is great and within walking distance to good restaurants, coffee, and ice cream. I highly recommend it. ”

“Katherine is great customer service. She checked us in two hours early and got us the high floor room. All service staff are friendly. Ac works great and quiet. Toilet shower, all work. Elevator moves fast. Only microwave was missing.”
