“The place is just as advertised, clean and well-maintained. I got there at dark in the rain, so it was a bit hard to find amongst the other modulars in the cul-de-sac, but the host provided detailed directions which made the search much easier lol. Jonathan is responsive and provides all the last minute things you might forget for your stay, such as sunblock, water bottles, and even dog dishes for your furry co-pilot, so you can focus on hitting the beach once you get there :)”

“We love this location and have stayed here before. The quiet small town has everything you need and is away from all the busyness. This particular unit is the farthest unit away from the beach. Technically you can see the ocean but the view is 95% the campground next door. The unit was nice however the floors were sandy when we got there and there were several maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Overall, for the price it’s a nice place.”

“Home was great and dog friendly. However, vacasa handles this property rental and is not local and don’t know what is even going on at there properties! Dog gate broke, code lock wouldn’t work consistently so we had to leave back door unlocked, no gas in grill, grill was disgusting, and old coffee still in coffee pot! Instructions for checking out include you vacuuming the property, sweeping the property, and wiping fridge out; but you pay a cleaning fee. So we tried to vacuum no suction was……

“The property was kept well. It was nice having the 2 different main areas. There were plenty of bathrooms. In the bunk room noticed the tv would not turn on. After investigating the tv was unplugged. No worries as we used the tv's in the house. It was a great experience all around.”

“This home is exactly as described. Clean, nicely decorated and has everything you can think of. Kitchen was well equipped, back deck sunset views are amazing, great location, and owners were responsive. Would definitely stay again!”

“Loved the house. Pool was great. Beds where very nice to sleep in. Only downside was a little far from things. Grocery store is about 20 mins south to the food loin. Would stay again.”
