“Exceptional room and service for a motel, the front desk called us before we arrived to inform us that the Wifi was temporarily down and apologized profusely. They made sure we were happy with our room and tried to put us in the room that was easiest to access as we had an infant. Really couldn't ask for more, although I wish the bathroom light switch was inside the bathroom.”

“Motel is older, but was pleasantly surprised for the money. It was a smoking room, it had a little electric fireplace, heart shaped jacuzzi tub, steam shower, bidet, fridge, microwave and was a large room. Had a little park area with tables for sitting. Would stay again. Down side no hooks for robes/towels etc. and no coffee maker. Tim Hortons and shops a 2 minute walk away so good location.”

“The Windsor Hotel in Stratford was a wonderful place to stay for our three day visit over the recent long weekend. The newly renovated hotel is lovely, and the historic rooms have been upgraded with great attention to detail. More than the hotel itself, the owner and staff are outstanding. Tushar, one of the co-owners, went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. Marou, Ankit and Kayla were excellent as well. “Locate right next to University of Guelph and many shops/restaurants within walking distance. Hotel itself is kind of outdated, but the staffs are great and are trying their best to accommodate guests. Overall I think the hotel is sufficient and clean. Great stay I must say and would stay there again the next time I go to Guelph.”

“A great little motel. Terrific service. It isn’t in the greatest neighborhood. It was just a commercial area was a little bit dirty, but I certainly felt safe walking alone at night. I would recommend this is a moderately priced motel.”
