“Overall, it’s a good hotel with nearly all the things that you need. One area to improve would be the soundproofing in the room. It could be very distracting when you are concentrating in your room.”

“住宿附近很多美食跟購物，交通也很方便，小可惜是剛好沒有住到晴空塔方向的房型，但每天出門可以看到晴空塔也很棒，下次有機會會再回來。”

“The hotel room offers a beautiful view, and the cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast at 17/F restaurant is delicious and the customer service is excellent. However, the breakfast main dish was the same every day. I think it would be better to offer a variety of choices.”

“位置很方便，樓下又有便利，職員態度也不錯，唯獨清潔方面較差。不提供每天執房，只限入住的第1、第4、第7天才清潔，中間要忍受幾天浴室的污垢和床舖的凌亂，整潔度令酒店分數大打折扣！由於不是每天執拾，垃圾和用過的毛巾要每朝放門外，職員才會清走和更換。建議改善一下執房的安排。”

“A very modern experience, blending into the surrounding Shinjuku area while standing out as a place for expats and locals alike. Services were great (thanks again for following up with the luggage delivery), and the events happening downstairs were a nice plus. Would stay again if traveling to Tokyo again”

“I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and highly recommend it . The staff are very nice and helpful. They also speak fluent English. They helped me make some restaurant reservations before I checked in, of course under some conditions. This is a huge plus because it is not that easy to make reservation without a Japanese phone number. The room is clean and comfy. Free bath salts are provided. And you can make it to your favourite scent. There is a supermarket which open 24/7 right near the hotel.……
