“gostamos muito do hotel .Tudo muito limpo Sempre ficamos na Park Lane, acostumados a caminhar no central park e passear aos arredores. Adoramos ficar na região do MARITIME. E caminhar no high line . 30 minutos andando pro Soho Metro bem perto pra ir pra qualquer lugar. O café da manhã é bom mas não muito bom . Pro nosso gosto faltou um ovo mexido ou ovo frito ou omelete...tudo bem quente ....O ovo é bem duro e gelado Mas vamos ficar de novo com certeza.”

La literie est extrêmement confortable et le service de chambre impeccable avec dosettes de café renouvelées tous les matins. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres pour 4 personnes pour un séjour de 7 nuits - J ai trouvé que les chambres étaient trop petites pour cette catégorie d hôtel et n’offraient pas beaucoup de rangement ( 1 penderie et 1 coffre fort ) pour ranger l……

“Nice large room, TERRIBLE LIGHTING!! It was either too bright or way to dim. Good luck putting make up in the bathroom!! Construction was going on directly across the street from my room- Started EARLY! For the price I paid I would have expected to at least be informed that it was happening. That said, the staff were all very nice and helpful. The fact that you can hear the Jazz music in virtually every room wasn't as loud as I thought and it ended around 11. But the screamers outside the bar……

“The first being the size of the room, it was incredibly small The reason why this hotel was disappointing was the view. I paid extra for the Empire State Building and although I could see it, it wasn’t a perfect view and there was obstruction. Honestly, there are way better hotel in the city. Covid19 obviously prevents certain things like house keeping, restaurants in the hotel being closed as well as the gym not being open, which is understandable but annoying. The staff was incredibly helpful……

“Location was great. Layout was a little different with lobby on second floor. Doorman were great, when they wanted to be. They picked and chose who to greet and open doors for and when. I also didn’t find there were very many amenities in the building if any that we were made aware of. Definitely don’t think this hotel is family friendly if that’s what you’re looking for. Nights tend to be more catered to the bar / restaurant / nightlife scene. Overall it was good for what we wanted out of our……

“The housing keeping staff are warm. However, the staff at the reception counter and the bell boys during check-in and during our stay were not warm and not friendly, not feeling a sense of guests. Same comment on the female staff of the Early Edition Espresso Bar (Men staff are warm). Besides, my daughter needs to use crutches to walk but no staff helped open the heavy entrance glass door for her when she entered and left the hotel during our 7-day stay. “Did not expect we stayed at 5F and the bar downstairs played music till 2 o’clock. Limited space, unrealistic and useless designs. May fit for people who likes night-life style. Not recommend for family and business trip. ”

“Noise of the downstairs bar every day. And! It's super noisy in the morning. The upstairs renovations start at 8:00 every morning, and I'm going to be insane! Why you let people come to live in if are renovating? Going crazy right now, so noisy.”

“服務人員親切、附近交通便利、位置佳，我預訂了6個晚上的住宿。只是床太軟、枕頭更軟，雖然向櫃檯反應了數次，也更換了枕頭兩次，枕頭卻仍然偏軟而難以入睡，失眠了四個晚上。第五天在附近的商店買了較硬的枕頭，最後兩天就很好入睡。如果飯店可以準備少數較硬的枕頭以解決住客的睡眠問題，就會比較完善。”

“If you want to have a good sleep at this hotel, never take the high floor, we stay here for 5 nights and there are party almost every single night and music is so annoying noisy and party every night till 2am. The sound proofing is just incredible bad this hotel. The elevator is strange as well. It take long and even the elevator is at first floor but have to wait for another one that is coming down. The breakfast area is always busy and keep you waiting at reception for long to get you the……
