Loved that the property had themed nights for dining and events and entertainment for the guests. Fine dining was so impressive and we definitely got our money’s worth. Drinks were really good too, I recommend the Mango Margarita! One day of our stay, they had stands (jewelry/handcrafted items/souvenirs) on the property, which I was impressed by so we wouldn’t need to leave the resort to shop for those things. Maid service and in room mini bar was great too!

Very rude staff, very limited amenities and activities. All the activities are outsourced from another hotel, hence the price is doubled. No sense of respect for the older/seniors. The staff will try to rip you off and take advantage of every opportunity to make money out of you, they will create inconvenience to get you to tip them to make things happen. As simple as getting your room refrigerator/water refilled, getting towels, getting in yoga class or even getting a seating for dinning. You would order a drink at the pool it will be an hour to 2 hours to see the waiter pass by you again and definitely without your order until you tip.

Pros: Nice, clean and fun resort. Restaurants and food pretty good. Bartenders excellent 👍 Cons: Seaweed on the beach is ridiculous.They do try and clean the seaweed but to no avail. Beware at check-in they will try and sell you some type of timeshare/membership and it's borderline harassment.

The resort was pretty good! However our flight with Frontier airlines was terrible and we didn’t get our shuttle from resort to airport that I had paid for. The resort wasn’t much help with that either. Ended up having to get a cab to the airport or miss our flight!!!! Never will fly Frontier again. Everyone on the plane felt the same. It was Terrible!!!!
