“Carova Beach is magical - as if time stood still. In my opinion, this is one of the loveliest houses out there. It is SPOTLESSLY clean, it has everything you need and the old world style of the home is the icing on the cake. Couldn’t be any more relaxing. The beach is BEAUTIFUL and a two minute walk from the house. Be prepared! There is NOTHING in Carova Beach. Bring water and food unless you plan on going back and forth to the pavement which isn’t exactly easy. MIND THE TIDES when getting on……

“This house was perfect for our group. The views and sunsets on the sound were amazing! I would stay here again for the view alone but this house had so much more to offer. It was specious enough for our group of 10 adults to be together and was also big enough so that when someone needed space they had it. “We had a great 2-week stay at Robyn’s Nest. There was a total of 9 of us - 4 kids ranging from 3 to 11 and 5 adults ranging from late-30s to early-70s. The house was clean and the kitchen had great amenities as well as plenty of countertop for meal prep. We appreciated little details like nightlights in the hallways and plenty of towel hooks in the rooms and bathrooms for all our towels. Also loved the pool and the canopy to provide shade! “This is the second time staying here and it has been great. Just a short walk to the beach, has a hot tub and all the space and amenities that we needed.”

“Everything was really great with one exception. Had no sheets on top floor master bed, and none in the home. Was told by the property manager to contact cleaning service which we did. Cleaning service said property manager had been told no sheets in the house for that bedroom and expected some to be dropped off. I guess the drop off didn't happen. Property manager gave us a $100 credit to get sheets at Harris Teeter, a 1/4 mile away, but Harris Teeter doesn't sell sheets, so we didn't have them……

“The location of the house is fantastic. You have quick and easy access to a semi-private beach that has plenty of sand and waves for fun in the sun. We rented chairs and umbrellas from a third party company, which I'd highly recommend — they set everything up in the mornings and take them down in the evenings, per city regulations. The pool is on par with other houses in the area, small but adequate. It's not going to blow you away, but it gets the job done. You probably won't even use the tiki……
