“Laikyns Lodge is an amazing home on a beautiful sprawling property. It is a beautiful, huge log home with quality everywhere. Amazing indoor and outdoor spaces. The warm indoor pool kept 5 kids (and their parents) busy. The walk from the pool to the outdoor hot tub was cold but well worth it. On clear nights, the fire pit is a great gathering spot. When it rained, we all moved to the outdoor wood burning fireplace on the massive covered deck. All in, Laikyns was first rate. We will definitely……

“The heater was rather noisy. Also, we had to clean the bathroom floor when we arrived as it did not appear to have been swept. In addition we had to clean the stove as it looked like somebody cooked tomato soup and ran it over and the front of the stove had dry soup all over it. Would still return here for another stay in the future.”

“Beautiful, fully appointed cabin. My family and i had a great time playing games, sitting by the fire, hiking and soaking in the hot tub. My dog had her first family vacation. It was great to play with her in the fenced backyard. Highly recommend!”

“The cabin is beautifully situated on a hilltop with beautiful views!! The kids loved the hot tub. The cabin was very clean but I do recommend bringing an extra pillow if you sleep with more than one pillow. Also, if using the hot tub, bring extra towels because you only get 4. Within about 10 minute drive to Hocking Hills attractions. Would stay here again!!”

“We come Hocking Hills a few times a year and always look to book a different cabin each time. We were excited for this stay as a treehouse stay just seemed fun. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. I saw a few reviews about the cabin in need of a good cleaning. It mainly just needs the cobwebs knocked down and the fan blades dusted off. other than that, it was clean and comfortable. “My husband and I loved this little cozy cabin for a weekend getaway. It had everything we needed for an escape from reality. Personally, I loved the quaint decorations around the cabin it felt like we were staying with family. I would recommend making sure you have the code/check in directions pulled up (maybe 5-10 min away) because there was no cell service (which is what we wanted, but we had to drive back out to get service).
