“It was SO cute! Cozy front desk right when you walk in. It felt really homey. Felt like family. I absolutely loved the way it was all painted. What a gem! We just got lucky. ”

“The cabin was nice but i booked 2 days and only got to stay for one. I wasnt sent the info to get in (acess code) and couldn't get in contact with them until the 2nd day. Vrbo couldnt either. They told me i would get reimbursed but still have not. They were nice on the phone once i finally got in contact with them but the not being reimbursed due to them not allow me access in a timely fashion and having to book a hotelfor that first night really just kinda bothers me still.”

“Cabin was right up by road heard traffic constant ,neighbors was just across street cutting grass heard lawnmower running ,oil rig running a very noisy place to stay no solitude.”

“We had such a unique experience at our rustic cabin. We were greeted by a horse, dogs, chickens, and more! Michelle, the owner went out of her way to make sure that all of our needs were met. I would recommend this cabin to anyone who is looking to get in touch with nature but does not want to go tent camping. ”

“Overall we had a nice stay. Clean, quiet and nice location in the small town of Nelsonville. Only comment on advice related to breakfast is get there when it's planned to start as there's a set amount of food and that is it. Food was good but we were a little late getting to the first come first serve style. But overall was a very nice stay.”

“Such a sweet, peaceful spot. I loved sitting at the picnic table in the AM with my coffee watching the sun come up over the hill as the mist burned off and the baby goats frolicked in the field. Just as relaxing was the night time cup of tea on the front porch watching the sun set.”

“We liked the property and detailed info getting there. We encountered not one person on property until the next morning when going to the breakfast room. The person preparing breakfast did not even greet us with a good morning! I asked for a coffee cup, she pointed then I discovered for myself where everything else I needed was. My husband behind me didn’t fair better when asking for hot water for tea. She practically bit his head off since he didn’t know it was on the stove. Just a bit of……

“Very cozy cabin in a quite setting. Neighbors are close to the fire pit, but we never saw them. The fresh eggs were a great touch, and the welcome to the family sign was nice as well. I would stay again.”

“It was ok for what we wanted. The heat is an issue. It was definitely very cold in the back room. The "kitchen" is tiny, but comparable to a hotel kitchenette. The property is nice and the people are nice.”

“You won’t get claustrophobia here - open, rustic decor, feels a bit like a really big, cool man cave. Two games could use some attention — small version of foosball needs repaired or replaced; the bumper pool table needs nuts to hold down the bumpers; the jute box needs repairing as well. The hiking was outta this world! Reminds us so much of many spots in Zion National Park in Utah. Ohio’s best kept secret!”
