“Originally booked a queen size room with a request of 2 cribs. Upon checking in, I decided to request a king size bed and I was told by the receptionist that there’s no king size bed available. Then my friend is checking-in after me, and he asked her if she wants a king size bed. My friend and I ended up just switching keycards. Then I made a request to move the cribs to king size room. Receptionist said yes, and I even saw him wrote down the request. IT DID NOT HAPPEN. Doors are loud when……

“A little spendy for the hotel itself, pool area could use an update, however in a nice safe quiet location rooms are a great size for family of 4!!”

“No complaints, except that the room coffee pot did not have the correct disposable parts. I did get it to work. I informed the front desk when checked out.”

“Great check-in process and friendly front desk personnel. The Sunday morning breakfast staff was not very fast at all. It seemed like she didn't know where anything was or what to do. People were waiting for a long time for food. There was no apology or sense of urgency on her part. The room was fantastic for our family. It was nice and spacious. ”

“What a great stay! Well appointed gym, including dumbbells and many cardio machines; outdoor areas and bikes; s’mores fire pits for the evenings on the lake shore. Easy to access from I-35. Comfortable rooms; fun bar/restaurant. Excellent scenery. A shuttle is available to take you places.”
