“I have stayed at this hotel multiple times when visiting Avl. The rooms are usually clean and the beds sleep just fine. On our last trip in April, our room had a scent removing machine running in the room when we walked in. The room had a musty, slightly smoky smell to it. Not really what you want to see or smell when you arrive. It seems as if a prior guest either smoked cigarettes inside briefly or they stood outside the door with the door open and the smell and smoke drifted in. At least the……

“The mattress was not super comfortable. But everything else was fine so if you are looking for an average clean stay, this is a solid place to book. ”

“No big issues. Room smelled of smoke when we first arrived but went away later. Free breakfast was good except second day it was closed due to an issue.”

The front desk person was so helpful since I was stranded there because my connecting flight was delayed until the next day. Also itis close to the airport. I would stay there again.”

“Good price. Outside seems a bit unappealing, but the room size was good and was clean. TV had a bad spot on the screen but i was there but to sleep and change clothes for a wedding.”

The fact that the managers really do try to helpnis a plus! But the stress was alot on me. No coffe no cups no ice tvs dont work well at all and you have to physically catch the housekeeping to get service. Just alot of hassles ”
