“Generally good ,The room and the surrounding environment are clean and quiet, but there are mosquitoes in the room, and those shower gels, which are either not available or difficult to squeeze out.”

“Tequila restaurant needs to improve its customers satisfaction , I only got reservation at 9pm and most of the items in buffet were missing . Also the buffet at grandtulum needs to refill its food for lunch and dinner times especially when there is still an hour to closing time. Coba buffet and service is very good and satisfying.”

“C’est un site merveilleux mais les prix n’ont aucun bon sens. Vraiment trop cher pour y séjourner ( restauration et bar, spa). Vraiment exagéré!! Je n’y retournerais pas pour cette raison mais spectaculaire à voir ”
