“We went in the off season and most everything on the site was not usable. However, Elizabeth is great. This place has great potential for a big party. Would like to see this place during peak tourism season.”

“As describe. Clean, cozy, comfortable space well laid out end equipped. Car and small about of grocery’s would be a must as the is not much around this stretch of highway. Stayed for 2 nights will attending a concert at zamna. Would def book again.”

“Great place and the rooms are very nice. The amenities were over priced and the staff was great but they are there for their job and nothing more. Meaning they are friendly but they don’t go above and beyond, like carrying your luggage. I only mention this is because they asked for a tip and all they did was their job. Tips, in my opinion are earned. But over all the rooms are very nice and private. ”

“We had an amazing stay at Milam. From the moment we pulled up in our taxi to then seeing the property and then our room - our jaws dropped over and over again. It's a little far away from the hotel zone and downtown, but that's what we wanted. Peace and relaxation. And a special thank you to Ara and Eugene (the hotels concierge) - for being so kind and helping us with practically everything hah. We got a couples massage which was a little expensive, but a fantastic experience and would recommend it to anybody staying here. We appreciated the recommendations from the staff on places to eat and Cenotes in the area to visit. It was a great way to spend our time in Tulum, and I would suggest to people to stay here! ”

“The place is brilliant. I think this is the one of the best hotels I have stayed in my life. You will have you own suite with backyard, and I especially like the outdoor shower. However, the location is terrible. It's far away from the center city and taking a taxi is really expensive in Tulum. If you don't mind taking a cab every day back and forth to the tourist resort, go with it for sure. It's like 20 bucks at least for any one-way trip. ”

“ We road through rocky dirt roads the majority of the way ti the oroperty. As the van stopped it became clear that we had reached our destination. The look on my husbands face told me that I had failed when choosing this property big time! The homes themselves are well done and decorated nicely. However, food water and any other simple want was a challenge. The expense of getting food or transportation made this a total no go. That along with their being no hot water. The host tried to……
