"The last time I had to take a selfie with my ID in hand was when I wanted to buy Bitcoin. The booking process was frustrating, with several hidden charges. When I contacted hotel.com for a refund, they redirected me to the property desk, which then sent me back to hotel.com. It was clear they didn't care about resolving my issue. On a positive note, the property itself was excellent, like a brand new house."

"We had a wonderful stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The ONLY one thing I wish was different was that we were able to order room service for breakfast. We ended up ordering from Skip instead since we didn't have time to get ready and head to the buffet. But that was a very minor issue, and everything else was wonderful."
