"What a unique, peaceful experience! The Yurt met all needs, was comfortable, clean, with luxurious towels and robes. The hot tub, seating area and bbq facing the forest was tranquil. Bathroom and shower was just a small walk, and was very clean. The hosts were welcoming. Highly recommended!"

"The check in process and communication with property management was great but the accommodation was less than desirable. Door placement made the entry way very tight and awkward. Two beds that comfortably sleep 2 people but the additional couch/futon was very uncomfortable. We had to buy a foam cushion topper to be able to use this as a sleeping surface. Space was very small, not ideal for 5 adults. Full kitchen with top of the line appliances and washer/dryer was great however the space heated...

"The last time I had to take a selfie with my ID in hand was when I wanted to buy Bitcoin. The booking process was frustrating, with several hidden charges. When I contacted hotel.com for a refund, they redirected me to the property desk, which then sent me back to hotel.com. It was clear they didn't care about resolving my issue. On a positive note, the property itself was excellent, like a brand new house."
