"The villa was wonderful and had plenty of space for the family. The communication of the exact location and amenities that were available to us, or rather unavailable, was lacking, making the trip a bit stressful as we had to resort to multiple different parties to ask questions. The check out instructions were unclear as well with no way to clarify them. "

"There were 2 stacked washer/dryer units in the house. Neither dryer worked. One was just dead and the other made a noise that would drive you out of the house. I called Vacasa within 24 hrs of check-in and explained the situation. Every day I called or texted them again. No response from any local repair shop. We had 8 people and 5 days without a dryer. With no way to dry our clothes we couldn't use the washers either which was totally unacceptable. I will never use Vacasa again. In addition, the oven didn't work properly, most of the TV remotes had dead batteries, one of the dining room chairs was ready to collapse and unsafe to sit on, there were hardly any drinking glasses, no dish towels and a bunch of the ceiling lights were dead. It was a big disappointment to say the least."

"This property worked out great for our family Thanksgiving trip, plenty of room for everyone to gather and plenty of room to spread out when needed. There were a few very minor things that could be addressed but nothing that diminished our experience. There was talk of making this trip a yearly tradition even before it was over."

"We had a great stay with our children, both sets of grandparents, and some cousins. There is plenty of room on the top floor for everyone to be together at the same time, and there are also several spaces where the group can split up and have more quiet moments. There are a lot of steps, so this may not be the best place for the elderly unless you put them in the main floor bedroom. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you can possibly need to feed your family at the home. We did have some trouble figuring out remote controls and light switches, but we eventually caught on. The outdoor space allows for kids to play in the driveway or in the pool. There is a decent amount of traffic, mostly with horse tour vehicles going by, so be careful with young children. The view from the top balcony is so pretty. You can see the dunes and the waves going in and out. We even got to see a couple of the wild horses in the distance right from the deck! The grill was not clean, but we gave it a good scrub. The pool sticks need attention, but the kids still enjoyed playing even with sharing one usable stick. The house could use a deep clean, but we understand it's hard to keep it spotless when it's so close to the beach. We would definitely stay in this home again!"
