“Great old house with 3 guest rooms plus a cottage outback. We really enjoyed the game room and the Continental breakfast was actually elegant. My own reservation about our experience was the parking. The instructions were not accurate and also not consistent with what we read online. ”

This is a big plus! On the negative side: (1) Access into the B&B should have been identified as being difficult to navigate due to the number of steps and how steep they were. (2) Our welcome package had the wrong name on it, which is not a big deal, but strange. (3) No layout sketch on the location of our room and……

“After months of back in forth on wedding venues, we decided on a small wedding weekend at Lake Anna with our immediate families. There were 17 of us in total and we could not have been more pleased with the stay. The house has everything you could possibly need and the property is such a gem. 10/10 experience and I'd highly recommend renting this place out for a trip with family or friends!”
